“Delivery was good however we paid an extra £10 to have it delivered on a Saturday but came on a Tuesday! Easy to put up, fits like a jigsaw it does take two to make life easier. Spacious comfortable and great bubbles . The inflatable fitted cover keeps the temperature up saving money on heating it up. We love it !”

“This is the first time I have ever had a hot tub and wow well worth the money what a game changer for hot tubs it’s 10 out of 10 for me the build quality is fantastic to be fair I haven’t got a negative thing to say if your thinking of buying one please don’t think get one and a big thank you to paddy in custom care can’t fault the custom service from him 10out of 10 for him thanks again to paddy and the wave staff team”

“Been on a few hot tub holidays recently and our kids loved them. Decided to take a punt on this as a compromise between an inflatable and a hard plastic hot tub. We've been very impressed so far with everything - the build quality, delivery e.t.c. but the performance of the tub is what has surprised us the most. It keeps the heat very well even with just the standard lid and we've been using it throughout December, its very spacious and comfortable if you set it down on foam gym flooring or similar, the foam flooring also helps to keep the heat in. I would recommend that you fill it up using hot water from the tap as its so much cheaper than adding cold water and letting the filter warm the water up. Once it is up to temperature, use the heater to keep it at the temperature and enjoy! If you are not going to be using it for a while I would also suggest reducing the temperature down or draining the spa to keep your energy bills down. Would (and do) recommend this to our friends and family.”

They are designed to fit perfectly into Wave spas, and we are now in the position to advise if they will fit on other tubs from elsewhere. As well as reducing heat loss by 30% they also stop the pooling of rainwater on the top of your spa.
