“Spa was very easy to order and arrived quickly. The pump motor was not functioning at all. Customer service ( Zoe and Patrick) were very helpful in quickly resolving the pump issue, and overall I am satisfied with both the spa and the customer service I was provided by Wavespas.”

“shipping was quick and easy. once got deck built it was very easy and fast to set up the hot tub. Directions were not totally clear and easy to follow but once got going it was easy to figure out. when I had a question about the tub the customer support was fast to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend to everyone they should get one and enjoy a relaxing soak.”
