“We brought a Wave hot tub in January 2022. This was a alcohol fuelled purchase and to be honest I’d swap one for my kids. After emptying it out and give it it’s pre-summer clean and re-fill it had a tiny leak around the pump. The runner ‘O’ ring had perished !! DOOOOOM! I contacted Wave asked what I needed then got the necessary double quick and BOOOOM! Hot tub up and running and everything is right with the world.”
