“Sorry to say I no longer want the spa you are trying to deliver as the email I received from you disappeared from my phone as I have been done before I got in touch with my bank as I suffer from arthritis in my hips and knee I needed the hot tub to help me and my son-in-law said you should get one somewhere else so he got me one I could not wait for the one I ordered from you what with the lockdown and me being 68 I could not suffer anymore the hot tub douse help with the pain”
