“We ordered the Wave Osaka 6 person Rigid foam hot tub and it has exceeded our expectations! It is fairly simple to put together and looks great. It is very comfortable to sit and relax in, love the heat and the bubbles. My only complaint is that we are having some issues with the unit itself and it takes a while to hear back from customer service since they do not have a phone number and their instant chat is not always up and running. Hopefully, our issues will be resolved soon.”

Hi Natalie, Thanks for your review! I'm pleased to hear you are loving your Osaka spa and that you found it easy to assemble. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you encountered and found it difficult to get a response. We do aim to get back to all our customers within 48 hours of receiving an email and currently we are managing to respond within 24 hours. Our Livechat service is open from 9 am-5 pm Monday-Sunday UK time, however, I understand it may be a little difficult to contact within that timeframe should you be located overseas.
