“Love this spa, we bought the Osaka ad it’s great. I’m so impressed with the quality and ease of set up. It feels very robust compared to the inflatable spas we’ve had before. Heats well and is insulated so doesn’t lose heat rapidly like inflatable. I’m guessing this is going yo be more economical to run as a result.”

“I was skeptical as the price was so high... But now I'm quite convinced the rigid spa is superior to the inflatable ones having tried both. It's very quick to hear up and keeps the heat in far better than the inflatables. I've had mine up 4 months now and very happy with the performance. Tip: make sure you flatten the inside layer as much as you can before filling with water.”

“We have had a few blowup hot tubs but that was as easy to put together a lot bigger than the ones we’ve had previously. Energy efficiency seems good but only operated it for a week in summer as yet. Overall, very happy with it and worth the money thus far.”

“Literally life changing and I've only had it a week!! I'm not aching as much and being in the hot tub is such a stress reliever. I get in it every day, sometimes twice a day. Wish I'd have bought one of these years ago. I literally don't care what my electric bill is going to be. I love love love my hot tub”

“After a year of using an inflatable model which developed an alarming bulge, I decided that it was time for an upgrade. With the promise of increased efficiency, I chose the Osaka model and placed an order. The tub arrived a few days later and was quickly erected, single-handedly. Although the same outside diameter as our old model, there is a lot more room inside (700L v 1200L). Luckily the old quilted cover also fitted the Osaka for that extra bit of insulation. The tub retains heat better than the old inflatable so can be ready for use in a short time. The only downside is the pump which was initially very noisy but has quietened down over time although it is still slightly louder than the Lay-z-Spa model.”
