“My hot tub arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected, with confirmation at every stage of the shipping process.The tub itself is fantastic, easy to install and ready to get into within 10-12 hours from filling.The jets are powerful and not too noisy. Great way to unwind after a long day”

“After having read other people's reviews we were very hesitant in placing an order with Wave Spas however we went for it. Our hot tub was initially on pre order for 29th May. At the start of May we received an email of a delay to June 1st however we were pleasantly surprised to see the hot tub actually arrive early on May 15th. Hot tub set up was easy, and all is working as you'd expect. A great purchase.”

“We're loving our new spa. The communication we had from Wave throughout the process was great, they are upfront when you order about estimated delivery dates and then let us know that it would be shipped earlier than planned. I have also ordered some accessories for the tub from them and they were shipped within a couple of days. The spa was easy to set up and we've had no issues with it at all, we're looking forward to a relaxing summer now.”
