“I've owned the wave spa for two years now and my pump decided to go crazy. I ordered a replacement pump and when it was delivered the box and interior packing was pretty questionable. The box was damaged and the packing was all broken. Setting up the pump I was hoping for the best but, the pump kept shutting off and ticking. I went on the web sight and requested assistance for help. Laurie was very helpful, I followed her suggestions to no avail. I couldnt send a video as requested, (I have no Idea why I couldnt) but, I sent pictures of everything. The next day she replied with appologies and sent me another pump. In three days I received a perfect box with perfect packing and the pump is running better than the original. Thank you so, so much for all of your help. Laurie was fantastic and an after email from Tom was deeply appriciated.”

“My power went out during the winter. I didn’t think to check my hot tub in my garage. The heater had stopped and I could not get it to work again. I ordered the new heater and connected it and am now able to enjoy my hot tub again.”
