“I researched this Hot Tub and I believe that it will be a perfect fit for me. I am 78 and I believe that this tub could add to my overall health. I ordered the tub and it arrived in record time. My son is getting ready to deploy, but he was still in town so he came over to help me set it up. We followed the directions and we thought that we had it right - we turned the CPU unit on and began to heat the tub, but it only ran a short time - 15 minutes +/- and the CPU showed a E-5 error message. The unit overheated and we have not been able to restart it. We have opened a case with the customer service people, but they are very slow to respond. I think this will be a wonderful unit if we can get it working??? I have the tub sitting in my garage and I am hoping that customer service will honor the warranty.”

“We absolutely love our hot tub but can only give it 3 stars due to 2 punctures. This was not due to ill treatment aa we are very careful with it! Very disappointed.”

“We had this for one week and it said replace the filter and we didn’t even use it. Removed the filter and rinse sit under cold water. It now says replace the filter surely this cannot be correct.”
