“Love this Swift wave spa,! The design and ridged foam is sturdy and roomy. The customer service was quick responding and caring --appreciate! The only uh=oh comment is the installation video and instruction manual could be a bit better/larger print but most individuals have enough experience to follow the directions. Overall the Swift spa is enjoyable as well as affordable and the ridged foam system is easy to assemble. The therapeutic effects are great and as a 70 yr person have some aches and pains and this spa definitely helps! Thank you Wave Spas!”

“I bought this hot tub summer before last. I’m concerned the bubbles faded after only one month of use were not as powerful. But what concerns me more is I ordered chemical beads for the hot tub to make it smell nicer. Wave has shown me shocking appalling customer service and have sent the beads rolling around in a box with the filters so the beads smashed all over the product and the scent and beads went everywhere in my living room and burnt my eyes and they point blank refused to replace anything but the broken beads Jar. They wanted me to wipe chemicals off the products and keep them. Come on Wave there are health and safety laws about sending chemical products through the post to customers. They were more concerned about how the box was damaged than mine and my childrens health. I told them keep your profits and I will report them to trading standards as my eyes are still stinging. I have a hot tub that I paid full price for that’s not as powerful as it needs to be and a load of beads and smell all over my laminiate in house which I may never get rid of. Shocking after sales service and no customer care to my children or my welfare. I even sent them photos of my damaged face because I am disabled and I don’t need to be blinded by strong chemical smells like that.”

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback concerning your recent experience. I do apologise that the Scents you purchased arrived in an unsuitable condition; great care is taken when packing our products and I therefore believe the damage would have almost certainly occurred during transit. Regarding the responses from our Customer Care team, I can see they did in-fact replace the aforementioned items for you once the issue was brought to their attention. Further, I would just like to clarify that the request for photos and more information regarding the condition of the items is so that we can not only provide proof to the third-party carrier as to the lack of care given to your delivery, but also to our warehouse team so that we can work to prevent anything similar from happening again in the future. I would like to make you aware though, that the Scents can be very easily cleaned up and are not likely to cause any irritation. I can also see the Customer Care team were more than happy to get you in touch with a Manager so you can continue your query further. “We did get our tub, but it took a lot longer to ship, UPS DAMAGED THE FIRST SHIPMENT, WE NEVER GOT IT. Later Wave did reship and we did get it. the setup video on the web. The robot reply email was all the same and did not fit the situation, I got the same reply 3 times, so I went to Facebook and connected with nice people who got the ball rolling and our tub did arive about 3 weeks later. we had an inflatable hot tub 3 years ago and made the mistake of leaving the pump head/heater in the garage over the winter it had some water in it as it cracked and never worked again, so please keep yours inside and warm when you store the pump/heater over inactive months of storage. This gives us good safe comfort for thousands of dollars less than a fibreglass hot tub, just lean back and enjoy the rest of your life!”
