“There was a 2month delay, but can’t be helped in a pandemic, but we had 2 free filters for this very reason. The hot tub is as we ordered and it has been used every day with no issues. Friends of ours have said that the pump is much quieter than their new Lazy-Spa. You definitely need an inflatable lid to go under the cover to help keep the heat in and I’d definitely top up on the water testing strips! Overall a really great buy from a really great company. Would definitely buy again.”

“This product is brilliant. We have a Vegas spa, and needed a replacement lid. This fits perfectly, keeps our tub hot and most importantly, lowered our electricity bill. If you need a replacement cover, this is the one. And the delivery was within 48 hours. Highly recommended.”

“Recently purchased this and would highly recommend, not only does it keep the temperature constant but I am using less electric since using it . There rain now does not cause a dip in the cover on my spa either , great product.”
