“I ordered the filters and they arrived as expected so all good. I also made a previous order with Waves for an insulated lid. The lid arrived and was the wrong one for my tub, however Waves dealt with the problem in no time, exchanging the lid with no fuss. Great customer service from Joss. Thanks Waves. :)”
