The filters are very good quality and an excellent fit and the dispatch and arrival times are always super efficient and arrive quickly within 48hrs normally. Would highly recommend not only the original filters and chemicals if you have a wave spa but also the company themselves for the customer service and speed of getting items out to you”

“Filters work as expected. Main issue is doesn't matter when you check online anything more than pkt of 4 is always out of stock! given the fact of how often you have to change them it does increase the price somewhat. Please can we have more stock for larger packets..thanks”

“The products are good but unfortunately we had an issue with our order as we only received half of what was ordered. Surprisingly you cannot call Wave Spa in order to speak to someone and the Wave Assistant isn't that user friendly so you have to rely on emails. Fortunately our issue was rectified but only after sending 2 emails.”
