“Wave spa was delivered bang on time. Simple to assemble and inflate. All in one unit which is great. The square shape saves loads of room. Previous round tub took too much space. Fantastic heater system which is very efficient. Arrival to 36 degrees was 12 hours. Brilliant. Can’t fault the wave spa and highly recommend the Pacific square version. You will not be disappointed!!!!”

“Just got our square wave could not beleave how east it was to assemble and turn on . Shame it did not have the chemical s with it.and the electric cable could be a bit longer othwer wise brilliant”

“Absolutely amazing company. I originally bought the round spa but 2 days later this one went on sale. I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange my item. They did with ease. Fab company excellent communication with them, fab product can’t wait to start using my hot tub. Highly recommend to anybody.”

“Arrived quickly. Fairly easy to set up however did not realise the cable was so ridiculously short so have had to arrange for an outside electrical power unit to be installed near it. This means that the tub cannot be relocated if necessary as the cable length limits where it can be placed. Heated up quite quickly and the bubbles are ok but fairly noisy when they are on.”

“Super impressed with this, normally I would have bought a lazy spa as they seem to be popular however we thought we would go for something a littler different and also didn’t want the heater to be on the outside so it looked tidy on our decking. We’re really looking forward to some warm evenings.”

“Fun Design and fits perfectly in the corner of my garden. DPD were great also. Would be good if it had come with more than one filter but theyre not that expensive compared to other hot tub suppliers.”
