“I purchased a tub in June this year, this was in the middle of the pandemic, I was immediately updated on deliveries and continued to be informed of developments with regards to delivery. The tub is now fully functional with clear instructions on set up...we also ordered the start up chemical package, this went on back order, but again, we were kept up to date with timescales, the company were very clear as to when deliveries were arriving. We ordered an insulation cover as an addition for the winter, this arrived quickly, albeit, when we set it up, it had a leak from some stitching, we informed Wave and within an hour we were informed a replacement was being despatched. Great service, great product, great company to deal with...we will be purchasing another tub for family in the near future.”
