“Upon set up and filling there was a huge air bladder in the floor of the tub taking up one third of the floor space. The tech I "spoke" to , not possible to speak to a real person, said I should drain the tub, which I had just filled and treated, and cut a couple holes in the bottom to relieve air pressure . Question. Would this act void my warranty? I asked for a full refund and they offered me 5 percent and never followed up. Buyer beware”

“We had a basic inflatable hot tub from wave spas about 18 months ago. We were so happy with it that we decided to upgrade to the california drop stitch tub. Fantastic hot tub, really easy to assemble and operate and almost half price in the sale. Fantastic value for money”

“Ordered square Pacific hot tub, received Atlantic round one, not only wrong colour and shape but cheaper, was meant to be sent drink holders in compensation, but after 6+ emails been told today they have shipped headrests never have I mentioned headrests !!! Not only got the original order wrong but the compensation one incorrect as well... Not very good customer service.”

“Our Som & Daughter in law bought a Wave California hot tub & have been very pleased with it We bought a Rome model on their recommendation & are equally pleased Really easy to set up & keeps temperature well No problems with it at all & also came a week earlier than the delivery date which was great Very robust construction considering its inflatable. Never had one before but using it every other day! Would definitely recommend”
