“It arrived 5-6 weeks before the pre order delivery date very pleased! The hot tub I let my husband set up but he said was simple to do! The bubbles are strong and so relaxing. And two cats have accidently jumped Onto it and it is super strong. (We’ve now put a canopy over it to stop cats) I would say 4 people would be tightly squeezed but if that’s your thing then great! looks good and great price ! 5/5”

“Excellent quality hot tub for the price. I have friends who have bought different ones for a lot more money and they are no way any better. Customer service is faultless. I emailed several times with questions and they got back within 24 hours every time, I wish other companies would adopt this level of service. I bought the Atlantic spa for 2-4 people and it fits 2 in comfortably ( and we are not large people) So Bare this in mind I do wish I’d paid a little more and went for the bigger size. It was easy to set up I did it on my own and simple to use.”

“I just wish it came with some free chemicals , the tub is fine and works as expected. Turned up next day, also would be good to have a WhatsApp customer support number so we could a instant answers to our queries...”
