“The website was simple and easy to follow and the price we were offered including discounts was, by far, cheaper than any other website we looked at for a better quality vessel. We were able to view clear floor plans of each boat we were interested in and all the information regarding facilities was clear and uncomplicated. It was great to see photographs of the actual boat we would be hiring and there were no hidden extras or charges that we were not made aware of prior to booking. After reserving online, we immediately received a friendly phone call from the company and were able to book our holiday quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. All our questions were answered and your friendly staff gave us some great advice regarding our travel plans and itinerary. Our confirmation email with all the information we might need was sent through moments later. This has probably been the easiest holiday I have ever had to book and I am looking forward to a wonderful and calm boating experience to match. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. We reserved our boat online on a Saturday evening at a good price then received a prompt phone call from a polite Waterways Holidays lady the following day to confirm and pay deposit. Email confirmation received from WH and the boatyard within a day. A very efficient, hassle free experience and a lot of boats to choose from.”

“Found the type of boat we wanted at price we could afford. Booking was easy, we were telephoned and taken through conditions of hire by a very pleasant person. All was very easy. Only small minus was wish that there had been no extra charge for using credit card (but this is a very small niggle and could have avoided it if I could have been bothered to make a different arrangement).”

“we fond the site via search engine and after looking at it and your competitors we considered the price very good vale so decided last Sunday to book the holiday on line unlike many on line holiday /hotel booking sites the booking was laid out in an easy to use and understand and was quick having spoken to your office to confirm the booking every thing the nice polite young lady said has happened as said and on time so we are now looking forward with anticipation to our holiday in September because even if the staff at the marina was half as helpful as the office staff have been they still would be working to a very high standard but if what we have had in service so far is a guide to future service seems we will be looked after very well”

“The site was good and easier to use than most others I looked at re canal boat holidays. I liked the clarity of the plans of boat interiors and found the explanations and drawings of routes which could be taken from a particular boat yard very helpful. The large range of options re boats is excellent - but does mean it's best to devote some time to comparing! When booking my holiday, the member of staff taking my booking over the phone was helpful, efficient and clear. I did find the 'Special Offers' re discounts etc quite confusing, not realising the price stated sometimes took the discount into account and sometimes didn't. However, I think I just wasn't reading the detail sufficiently carefully.”
