“First time I’ve used Waterways Holidays, but the booking process for our holiday in 8 months time was a pleasant experience. Easy to select the type of boat we wanted, send the contact form, then have a return call within an hour or so to complete the booking. The subsequent emails were very comprehensive and informative.”
