“Abbie who called me in the morning to confirm and complete our booking after we initially reserved a boat on the website the evening store was very helpful very informative and pleasant..... everything was plain sailing.... excuse the pun !!!!”

“I had been searching the usual suspects for boating holidays for my family, special occasion. I had found a lot of them had closed for the Winter. Then Waterways Holidays showed up on the screen. I went for them as I receive 'Waterways World'! Thereafter I didn't look back, found what I wanted, filled in reservation form and shortly afterwards a gentleman rang who went through everything informing me about the boat and sailing tips - very welcome. I am assured of help all the way should I need it. I commend their service. Dennis Bury”

“Found waterways holidays on line and their website was easy to navigate. Made a reservation online on Thursday night and then got a call 1st thing Friday morning to confirm all the detail which was quick and simple with the help of the friendly rep. Thank you”
