“Our first experience of booking on this site was really great. Lots of valuable information, clearly expressed on a well laid out website enabled us to select and complete our provisional booking. This was supported by follow ups by phone and email and completion by Waterways and the holiday provider. Backed up by comprehensive signposting have left us feeling excited and confident in looking forward to a fantastic holiday. That's customer service at its best!”
