“Excellent personal service over land-line telephone. Have had previous experience of a narrow boat on the canals, but not on open water like the Norfolk Broads. Very informative on all aspects of booked boating holiday and answered all our questions fully and advised us what other items to take on the cruiser. The comment; about online booking and payment is not an issue with us! As we prefer the personal contact with like minded folk, in this digital age, so sadly lacking elsewhere!”
