First time I’ve used Waterways Holidays, but the booking process for our holiday in 8 months time was a pleasant experience. Easy to select the type of boat we wanted, send the contact form, then have a return call within an hour or so to complete the booking. The subsequent emails were very comprehensive and informative.

We have only booked a holiday and not been on the holiday. The call to book was very helpful and informative. Was nice to actually speak to someone who was able to offer advice and suggestions. Makes us feel more confident about booking our Boating holiday

The lady I spoke to came across so well on the phone, professional yet friendly and very knowledgeable. This is my first time using Waterways Holidays and from what I've experienced so far from the booking, it won't be the last.
