“This was an updated replacement for an old 5500 at least 18 years old.
By using the conversion kit fitted to the old pump I was able to connect metric to imperial.
It did take a while to work out though,but was far easier than replacing buried hoses on using a plug in connection and thus reducing water flow.Typical of the old one to fail in December with the pond icy.As unable to place pump in old position[too deep] placed new one in plastic mesh harness and suspended it about 3 feet below surface.Will be able to drain pond and re site pump in spring.Works very well and delivery was very fast.”
