“I knew it was good before I purchased as I had one before. Unfortunately I broke the nozzle on one outlet by treading on it whilst is was removed for cleaning so I had to buy the complete kit again. The good thing is I now have other spare nozzles in case of further breakages. The service from Water Garden was super quick & efficient. I ordered on a Monday and it arrived next day. “I had bought one of these last year but over the winter, although I had removed it from the pond and stored it safely frost-free, the screw-on collar that holds the fountain kit onto the pump had broken in half when I went to use it after the winter. As these collars are not available on their own I had to buy another kit as the pump is not useable without the collar. It would be less wasteful if Oase provided spare collars or made them from a more robust plastic. Having said all that, the kit works very well and is very easy to fit.”
