“My complaint isn’t with JPM. JPM’s quality and support has been amazing.
My issue is with Watch Obsession. I ordered around $500 USD in product as groomsman gifts and I paid extra for tracked shipping. I never got my tracking. 1/3 of the watch tools I ordered came in bent, the spring bar tool end was bent. Their solution was “use pliers to bend it”. Not acceptable. They then told me they would only refund me after I shipped it tracked shipping and would pay only $13 in shipping cost. The shipping would have been $130-175 USD depending on carrier.
I contacted JPM. JPM offered to send me a new spring bar end but I would have to pay €36 for shipping so I agreed as they had zero obligation to do this and I didn’t feel like dealing with watch obsession any more.
The tool is great, smaller than I expected but great quality. Customer service is trash.”
