“Just fitted to my Hirsch Kent strap and works like a dream for my Zenith. I am wearing above my wrist bone as it was catching slightly at the base of my thumb, but actually looks better in that position.

“Bought two as combinations with straps. The straps are wonderful - some of my favorite straps. However, these clasps are effectively unusable. The design is such that the clasp sits more on the side of your wrist than on the bottom, but the curvature was designed for the bottom of your wrist. This tends to dig the end of the clasp firmly into my skin (on my 18cm, just over 7" wrist). Caused bruising after only an hour of wear.
My suggestion - stick to a better designed deployant or standard clasp instead.”

“Reading other reviews I almost didn't buy this but I wanted a deployment clasp for a thicker strap and this seemed to fit my requirements. On arrival fitting to my strap was easy and in the first month of ownership it has proved comfortable and reliable on my 7" wrist. I'd be happy to recommend it.”
“Really disappointed this has to be the most ill fitting deployment clasp I have in my collection, it’s poor design fails to follow the contour of my wrist and strap. Whilst closed on my wrist the over square sharp edges of the folding mechanism digs into the underside of my wrist, plus the closing mechanism has popped open after only a few hours of wear. I expected better from Hirsch!”
Hi Robin, really sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the Hirsch Sport clasp. Others have fitted their watch strap the other way around to make it more comfortable so that the clasp runs along the bottom of your wrist rather than up the side. Failing that, we would welcome a return from you and you can try our own WatchObsession clasps to see if they are a better fit.
