Hi Stavros, we completely understand your frustration. Your order was placed on the 28/11/22 at 18:26 UK time. We processed your order the following morning at 09:34 which was the earliest possible opportunity we had to ship it. However, around the time you placed your order, there was a lot of disruption in the postal network due to postal strikes. We hope that we will begin to see some updates on your tracking number soon but if we do not then we will issue you a full refund.
