We are naturally disappointed by your feedback, particularly as your order was manufactured and delivered promptly, and your return request mentioned no green!
After receiving your order, you contacted us with the following message:
"I have received my order from yourself, unfortunately the colour scheme does not suit the room I wanted it for. Please can I arrange a refund? I go on holiday for a week this Friday so if I can send back before then, that would be great."
At no point in your correspondence did you mention that the artwork appeared "green" or that there was a fault with the product. Had you raised a quality concern, we would have investigated this immediately. Instead, your request was clearly for a return because the colour scheme was not suitable for your room, and we therefore provided our standard returns instructions together with a returns reference.
We are therefore disappointed that a negative review has been left over our adherence to a clearly published returns policy, rather than the quality of the product or the service provided.
