Hello Carol, thank you for your review, though this is most disappointing, given the message sent to us was:
"Hi I recently ordered a picture from yourselves order no 1000442489 by Gustav Klint and have found when it arrived that it is far to big. I would like to return this could you please advise me on how to do so.
The quality etc of the picture is lovely but the size is out of proportion, sorry i should have checked.

So you're giving Two Stars for a product that you ordered in the wrong size, and you're doing this because you have to pay for the return! A Little Harsh.
We appreciate you are unhappy at having to return the product at your cost, but it is unfair to give a low score on the product, and it is contrary to what you stated in your communication.
