“Easy to order. Reasonable delivery time (4-5 days). Photo on canvas OK. One of the frames was split and there had been an unsuccessful attempt to staple it together (not very professional). When unpacked there was an overwhelming smell of fish which has eventually disappeared after 2 days (not sure if it was glue in the frames or the printing ink used although it would be nice to know). Product looks good when hung.”

You ordered Friday night, so your order was not despatched until the Monday (As per our terms and conditions).
We as goodwill & Free of Charge Upgraded this to a Next Working day, you received your item on the Tuesday.
Regarding the "Fishy" smell, we too would be interested to know what this was.
1. We do not use glue in any part of the frame or manufacturing process.
2. We Manufacture and despatch here in the UK, we use ONLY genuine manufacturers guaranteed inks, these have no fishy odour.
You are right, if the frame had been stapled together, this would be most unprofessional on our part, and it is certainly not a practice we should be using, or indeed are aware has been used previously.
However on checking we note you have not contacted us direct with your concerns and disappointment, We are sorry to hear that this item arrived not to your satisfaction, though we are unable to do anything unless you contact us directly.
We have received no message or notification from you to advise us of a problem, other than this feedback.
Should you have wished, we would have been more than happy to have had the goods returned for a replacement or refund, or alternately replaced the faulty panel without the inconvenience of returning goods.
We encourage customers to get in contact with us so that we can resolve any issues to our customers satisfaction, before leaving negative feedback.
We are however pleased, that having hung your item you are pleased with the overall effect.
