Based on the photos you sent to us, the item you received matches the advertised item. Warm beige tones are visible in the artwork and are present in the item received.
We understand you were hoping for a piece without warm tones, but the colouring reflects what is shown in the product listing.

“The artwork itself looks great and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Packaging was good and everything arrived safely.
My only criticism is the wording around the express delivery option. I paid extra expecting a faster overall turnaround, but because the item is made to order and it was a bank holiday weekend, delivery still took several days. I think this could be explained more clearly at checkout to better manage expectations.
Overall though, I’m happy with the final product.”
“Great choice. Very large size which for the money was excellent. Delivery was quick and the picture came very well packaged. Easy to hang, didn't need the hanging guide but for a novice it would have been a great help to get all 3 perfectly aligned, not too heavy but good quality robust frames. Looks striking against a white background with monochrome decor.”
