We always aim to be as flexible as possible, which is why we gladly changed your incorrectly placed order after it had entered production on 13th May and prioritised its delivery as a gesture of goodwill. We always strive to go above and beyond to help our customers resolve ordering dilemmas.
Regarding your return, our policy, in line with UK distance selling laws, allows returns within 14 days of delivery, providing ample time to view the item in your home. Because you contacted us 20 days after delivery, we unfortunately were unable to accept the return. Lighting and wall colours can heavily impact how artwork appears in different rooms, which is why we strictly adhere to this window for all customers. We are sorry for your disappointment, but we must apply our terms consistently and fairly to everyone
