“The poster is lovely but the waiting time for delivery was awful. I answered the doorbell to find the courier attempting to stuff the cylinder into my letter. The cardboard cylinder was damaged and so was the poster. Very disappointing experience especially when considering the courier company is meant to be expert at delivering art materials.”
