“Slight kink in box on arrival, but assumed protective tube inside (as promised!); but on opening: no tube! Print badly creased, must have been crushed and/or bent at quite an angle. Not sure if the crease mark all the way down the right hand side can be smoothed out; otherwise it will show when viewed from anywhere other than straight in front. Very disappointed.”
