The print quality was not as crisp as I would have expected; I have previous bought a print from Wallart-Direct, which was a much better quality. The edges were heavily pix-elated, drawing the eye away from the overall the picture and detracting from the whole image.

I don't know how big the original painting is but I can see on my 1.2m * 1m canvas reproduction that the scanning resolution was not high enough to avoid the 'steps' in the reproduced image. This gives the image a slightly blurred effect which reduces its impact. Having selected the 'canvas' option I was expecting something with a matt finish - like the original I expect - and with a slightly (artificially) 'contoured' surface effect like a real oil painting. Maybe I was unreasonable in this expectation? I wouldn't have minded if I had had to sacrifice 'wipeability' for this effect.
