“Disappointed in the service, the wall sticker arrived after 13 days, not sure what happened to their dispatch within 24 hours. I was happy to wait given the current crisis until I got an email asking me to review their product, what the product that still hadn't arrived? No emails to advise of delay. Chased up my order which finally arrived but no instructions, grrr. Another email and the instructions were emailed but by this time we had already tried to put it on the wall with the help of google. We found the sticker very hard to get off backing paper onto wall but this may be because our walls were only painted 3 weeks ago, I don't know? We eventually got it on the wall, just hope it stays on. The sticker itself is lovely and the blue really goes with our kitchen. Not sure I would buy again with this company though.”
