The packaging is strong plastic but unfortunately not recyclable where I live. Also, I would really prefer not to receive plastic freebies! Website clear and easy to use. Will purchase again but hoping less plastic in the future. Good value for the quality of the food.”

We take on board your comments about the free pooh bag dispenser. It's tricky getting a balance of rewarding customers and ticking as many other boxes at the same time. Our last freebie was a notebook from recycled stock with a cardboard pen.
With regard to the packaging, although we're not in a perfect recycling world yet, we are trying to do what we can with the products available, that also keep our UK made food in top condition for as long as possible.
