I buy on line by subscription. I have found customer services very helpful when ive had to contact them, eg to bring forward a delivery; a mis deliverd parcel.
The phone customer is not always answered these days, however i have used the email instead which has worked very well.”
“This seems like a decent product. However dissapointed too. My dog possibly has pancreitis and vet told me to look for low fat food, preferably 6% or less! (Difficult so looked for lowest I could find) On website looking at ingredients it said 8% fat for Walker & Drake cold pressed. This is ok compared to some some others so I placed
order! Food recieved however on receiving the bag, ingredients stated 9% fat! My dog is only 4Kg and it all counts! Why does the website and actual product differ? It can actualy be real mportant in some cercumstances!”
