“Our dog loves this food, he cannot wait for meal times! We have had a few issues with delivery, often not being delivered next day by DPD, with the parcel often re-diverted which is a little frustrating. Other than that we cannot fault the service!”
Hi Rebecca
I can see that your last delivery had to attempted a second time. If you haven't already got it, try downloading the DPD app, sometimes adding more specific address/delivery parameters helps the driver delivery correctly first time.
Many thanks.
“Ernie usually has duck but we thought we'd try the chicken just for a change. He likes this just as much . Ordering is easy , good packaging , good communication and prompt delivery . I am pleased that we changed him to walker and drake about a year ago and I wouldn't even think about giving him anything else , he's happy, healthy and easy to pick up after ,job done !”
“Very good after sales service should you need it.
My dog Vinnie 11yrs loves it and usually turns his nose up at kibble/dry food.
I’ve tried a few other quality dry foods for him and this suites him the best.”
“Walker & Drake are an excellent company with an excellent product. My precious dogs love their food & are thriving on it, so I am completely happy because I know they are receiving healthy nutrition that is easy on their digestion.
Delivery is quick & packaging is 100% recyclable. Walker & Drake’s website is simple to negotiate & they offer discounts for subscriptions & free delivery, which is really fast. My last two deliveries have arrived within 24 hours.
Recently we were all staying with family so I changed my delivery address but when I returned home I forgot to change it back.
Walker & Drake were brilliant, immediately sending me another sack of food & taking a healthy discount off on this occasion because, as Tim told me on the phone, “you are having a nightmare”. Walker & Drake are definitely worth five stars.”
Thanks for the wonderful review Suzanne! We strive for outstanding customer service! But I need to have a word with Tim about his 'healthy discounts' :)
