“Ordered the sample pack which Bunty seemed to enjoy so I ordered a 2kg bag to start her full transition. Sadly Royal Mail let Walker & Drake down and the parcel failed to arrive in good time. I contacted them and a replacement bag was dispatched and received the next day. Fabulous customer service thank you. So far so good with the food but it is early days. Thank you Bunty & Humum Sue”
