“Very good quality windows, look great now they are fitted. I fitted myself which was quite straight forward. Pitty they can’t be delivered with glazing removed. Would have made it an easier job. Delivery company let it down, delivered the windows with stuff piled on top that had moved in transit. Luckily just a scuff on the cill, Change your delivery company and would be perfect.”

It’s great to know you found the fitting process straightforward too. Regarding the glazing, some of our windows are available fully glazed, temp glazed, or with loose glass. In your case, supplying them fully glazed meant we could avoid adding any additional delivery charges. Loose glass options limit us to using specific types of vehicles, and the volume of windows being delivered also plays a role. These factors can affect how deliveries are scheduled and may impact delivery pricing. We’re sorry to hear about the delivery experience — that’s not the standard we expect, and we’ll be raising this with the courier to ensure it’s addressed.
