“The door has been fitted by the customer - this was relatively easy for 2 people both competant at DIY. But the door had dropped within the frame over 6 months. It was not clear why. The engineer came out and on investigation of the heel and tow glass support in the door it was found to have been fitted wrong AT THE FACTORY ( glass into door frame not by customer ) in that it was set up like a patio door ( equal load ) rather than a bifold door ( load down specific pillar ). The engineer explained this and over 3 hours re fitted the glass to each door ( 3 of ). Problem solved , doors working fine, and the fee was reimbursed as the fault was not with the customer. In short there was a problem but they solved it for free.”
