“I Would NOT recommend this company as aftercare is appalling!!! I paid £4000 for a sliding door Unfortunately the aluminium frame has damage to it, this was only noticed after the plastic was removed a month after install due to keeping the anthracite frame protected from dust and grit. The plastic covering on the frame was completely undamaged so no need for me to suspect there was any damage. The damage must have occurred during manufacturing as the paint is covering it. The company have told me that it couldn't have happened in the manufacturing process and as I didn't report after delivery they will not offer compensation or admit fault. The pictures speak for themselves.”

Hi Katy, Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. We’ve carefully reviewed the images you provided, and based on what we’ve seen, the damage appears to be the result of impact, as it has clearly been filled and painted over. We want to clarify that we do not use filler in our production process under any circumstances, and we would never allow a product in that condition to leave our facility. Your order was delivered on 27th March, and you informed us it was installed the same day. However, the damage was not reported to us until 23rd May — nearly eight weeks later. During that time, we understand the product was on an active site with other works ongoing, and unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how it was handled during that period. We also want to address your comments regarding our aftercare. We have remained available, courteous, and responsive throughout the handling of your complaint. From your very first email, a request for compensation was made, which we feel is important to note in the context of your review. While we understand your frustration, we stand by our assessment based on the evidence provided. That said, we always aim to treat every customer fairly and respectfully, and we’re sorry this situation has left you dissatisfied.
