“Excellent product Easy to fit but we do have an excellent fitter which always helps. Looks really good and pleasing on the eye- the door hangs as if it is floating and closes incredibly well- really pleased.”

“The bespoke internal door frame size and the glass pieces for the frame were completely different sizes. One month on, I am still waiting for the correct glass sizes to be delivered. Very poor and will not be recommending anyone too Vufold.”

Dear Miz, We are incredibly sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration you have experienced with your Bespoke AluSpace Internal Door order. You are absolutely correct that an error was made, and the glass for your door was produced to the incorrect size. While we had hoped to resolve this and get the replacement glass to you before Christmas, our glass supplier closed for the festive period, which unfortunately made that impossible. However, we acknowledge that we should have been able to get this to you much quicker in the New Year than we have, and we sincerely apologise for this delay. We completely understand the urgency to complete your installation. As communicated via email, the replacement glass is due to arrive with us today and will be dispatched to you immediately. Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We value your patience and truly hope that once the glass is installed and you see the finished product, it will go some way toward softening your current view of Vufold.
