“Good product,changed the look of the kitchen,dining room.Installation needs to be done carefully .Although I am an experienced DIYer I didn't,t find the instructions that good.Some of the drawings didn't correspond closely enough to the actual and important points need inserting at the beginning of a section not at the end.”

“Good product - took some time to varnish it all but that was expected. Fitting had its challenges even for our carpenter. I am not sure I could have done it myself. However overall very good and looks great and the mechanism that allows the door to fold right back is fantastic. overall very good. .”

“The dividing doors are of good design and quality and were just what I was looking for. Service was very helpful. The instructions could be improved. Example, on para 22 of the assembly instructions an Astragal is shown. I have never heard of one before, nor had my carpenter her came to fit the doors. It shows it as being approx 20mm X 50mm. I couldn’t find it within the pack, so I phoned your customer service dept. They explained it was approx 2 metres in length and what was shown was a cross sectional view. The view should be shown as a sectional view and a couple of arrows added on the main view showing what it’s a section of. On para 22 it says that the Astragal should be fixed to the opposite side of the door to the minuet drop bolts. It can’t be fitted there as the keep to the mortice lock would be in the way. My carpenter has fitted the on the same side as the drop bolts, which makes a grand job. My carpenter was surprised that there were no cover plates for the bottom pivot slots.”
