“Just fitted these doors between our front room and lounge and I must say they look fantastic,well made and easy to install,but i am a builder so that helps ! Did see other options for half the price but so glad I paid out more as they are perfect for what we wanted and well presented when searching online Neil”

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. We can see that following installation you did contact us 2 weeks ago as there was some confusion as to which range you thought you had ordered, after reviewing the original communication you had with our sales team, it was confirmed that the door set you received is the door set that was originally requested by you. We can't however see where you raised any product quality concurs. The Inspire door range is one of our best selling internal doors, we have many happy customers who have left a number of 5-star reviews complimenting us on the quality, so it is important for us to fully understand what it is you are not happy with and we then are hopefully given the opportunity to put it right for you. We would like to investigate the issue and do something to change this for you. Please can you kindly advise which aspect of your door set it is that you are not happy with and I will arrange for a member of the aftercare team to get this resolved for you? “Very satisfied with finished look quality of doors is excellent. Work well as doors fold flat against wall. Liaison between sales and delivery very good and advice from sales team before purchase very helpful.”
