The Ultimate front doors are designed to be installed by a professional and we do try to make this clear on our website. We also have a designated aftercare team to assist with any installation queries, however, and to help us get a better understanding, is there a specific aspect of the installation you are referring to? “High quality item, stylish and practical. Really added curb appeal to my property. Could have been packaged more protectively though. If it hadn't been first drop off, it would have been damaged!”
