“This is the second set of doors I have purchased from Bifold I do like the quality unfortunately I did have some damage on one of the door corners I have not complained as I know its policy to do this within 72 hours and I was working away when they were delivered and did not get to see them for three days”

Many thanks for the 5 star review Keith and thank you for sharing how pleased you are with the quality. We are sorry to hear of the problem experienced and we do understand your situation. Whilst we appreciate it can be difficult for items to be fully inspected at the time of delivery, the 72 hour window is provided to allow customers an opportunity to unpack and check everything at their own convenience and report any anomalies. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based on a 3-5 day delivery time, they can be out of our possession for some time before being inspected and which makes it very difficult to establish where any issues that get reported have occurred. Anything reported within the 72 hours period following delivery will be resolved immediately. Your repeat business is very much appreciated and we look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future.
