Hi Emily, Thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the look of the doors. We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty during fitting and that there was some confusion over our sizing process. It appears the sizes you provided on the online quote form were opening dimensions, though this wasn’t explicitly stated. As standard, we always quote manufactured sizes, not opening sizes. You queried whether we make the doors 10mm smaller or if you needed to adjust the measurements, and we advised that we recommend having the manufactured sizes 10mm smaller than the opening to allow for fitting tolerances. We also followed up to confirm whether any changes were needed before proceeding and manufactured the doors to the signed-off size provided. “Door arrived as expected, sized perfectly and looks great. The magnetic door latch is a bit finicky and sometimes doesn't catch, but this is pretty minor issue overall. Vufold were super helpful throughout.”
